I am in PA. I have already passed the real estate course I am preparing to go and take the test. I am not financially able to jump into this and quit my current job. I need the health benefits also for my daughter. Several agents have told me that I should not even bother because you can’t make any money “part time”. I won’t consider it “part time” work. I consider this to be another full time job. My current job is 8 to 5. Isn’t it true that the people buying and selling propery work also? I realize that this will be tough, but is it possible?

And if so is it better kept as a secret that I work for more than one?

I live in Miami, FL and my parents are planning to move to Texas and they want me to find a way to sell our house as fast as possible. Some help please? And they don’t want any agencies or anything, they just want to get it sold. No we are no where near foreclosure, the house is in great condition, it has a big backyard with a mini vegetable garden, it has a nice front made of cement and some grass. It’s 3 bedroom 2 bathroom and its a great house.

Right now, I use only a cell phone (no house phone), should I get a seperate one for my real estate business or should the one I use day to day be enough?

I just started real estate two months ago. Even though my husband works, we are in the hole. Bills are late and now my cellphone and internet is getting disconnected. I just got hired to work full time in debt collection. I am wondering if I should put my real estate license in referral status.
