What are the requirements to be a leasing agent?

I would like to take the steps to become a leasing agent for an apartment complex. Anytime I look for apartments the women in the office are super nice and they seem to enjoy their jobs. I don’t know I think it would be a good step in the right direction for me. Do they need a real estate license? or something else?

I would like to become a property manager in NC?

I have managed my own properties but I understand I need a Real Estate Brokers license to manage for other people. Are there other requirements (ie - must work as a real estate agent for several years etc.)? Also, does anyone with experience have any management software advice? I am familiar with Yardi but it seems to be geared more toward large apt. complex application. I want to start in small 1-4 family properties.

Careers in Real Estate/Real Estate Executives?

I need real agents or executives in this field to answer my question please. What are the educational requirements (from undergraduate education and onward) to become a real estate agent and move up to being a real estate executive? What is the work like- I am sure it must not only be showing and selling homes to a consumer market… Any info. would be great- thanks. :0)

Sponsored by an Real Estate Broker in Ohio ? Help ASAP ?

I’m seriously thinking in become an Real Estate Agent, I am currently living in Columbus Ohio, I have already found some classes, but some of the requirements says that ” i must be sponsored by an Ohio Real Estate Broker” what that really means ???

That I need to find a job as a Real Estate first and then take the classes ???

I am kinda confused Help ASAP !

How to obtain NY State Real Estate license as a foreigner?

I am looking to become a Real Estate Agent in NYC but in order to get hired I need the NY State License to trade in Real Estate, the requirement to get the license is to either be a US citizen or to have a Permanent Resident Status (ie. Work Permit). But to get the work permit I need an employer who sponsors me. But again to get the sponsorship/job I need the NY State license?

Can anyone tell me what my options are please?
